PAMANA's mission is to foster unity and harmony among Filipinos, Filipino-Americans, and the local communities in the Madison area.


  1. Ability for dependents to apply for member-based Scholarship grants.
  2. Preference when applying for Social Services economic relief assistance
  3. Invitation to member-only events.
  4. Benefit extends to spouse/partner, children 26 and under, parents of the spouse(s) living in the same household.
  5. Preferred seating at in-person events, when offered.
  6. Receive member giveaways.
  7. A member who has a business can include business information on the member directory, website and offer Affinity Program discounts.
  8. Serve on the board and most committees.
  9. Vote board leaders.
  10. Post job hiring needs.
  11. Post personal charity events where a member is a part of.
  12. Post item(s) for sale/giveaway.
  13. Access to member-only content information on the website including board minutes, committee and financial reports.
  14. Receive member discounted rate at events, when applicable.
  15. Recognition as a supporter of the Fil-Am Community in the Madison area.

PAMANA Membership Refund/Cancellation Policy

Membership Cancellation by PAMANA

The Philippine-American Association of Madison & Neighboring Areas (PAMANA) reserves the right to refuse/cancel a membership to PAMANA.

If PAMANA refuses a new or renewing membership, registrants will be offered a full refund.

Membership Cancellation by Registrant

Membership cancellation requests must be received in writing within fifteen (15) business days of registration to be eligible to receive a full refund less a 25% service fee.  Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be accepted via postal mail or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.All benefits and incentives received by participants will be cancelled or must be returned to PAMANA. All refund requests must be made by the participant or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
