Filipino Foods & Flavors
In the Filipino culture, food and hospitality go hand in hand. Home-made dishes are lovingly prepared and served family-style at every occasion.
Come and learn from the chefs of the Philippine-American Association of Madison & Neighboring Areas (PAMANA)! They will demonstrate how to prepare Lumpia Shanghai, Chicken Adobo, and Pancit Noodles. You will also enjoy a variety of Filipino snacks and desserts.

Your ticket includes a meal of appetizers, the three classic Filipino dishes, desserts, drinks, snacks, and a special souvenir from the Philippines.

Tickets are $65 per person plus taxes/fees.
