Join PAMANA members and friends for an indoor walk-at-home fitness via Zoom on Saturday, December 26 at 10AM CST via Zoom for about a half hour Walk at Home fitness class.
Registration is free and open to anyone who registers.

We will follow Walk at Home creator and instructor Leslie Sansone and her students' taped workout, pictured on the graphic.
By signing up to attend, you and your guests agree to the Photo/Video Release and Event Participation Release. If you don't want your image to be included on the photograph or video while exercising or at any point of the activity, feel free to turn off your camera. Please let us know by email that you don't want to be photographed/videotaped and we'll make sure nothing is posted with your image in it.

The exercise is medium impact. Modifiers are provided to keep movements low impact. For additional challenge, add 0.5 to 1.0 lb. wrist or hand weights.
We'll email you a link to connect on the morning of. Please plan to log in to a laptop or desktop computer with video and audio capabilities and wear comfortable walking shoes. For best sound experience, have your audio output connected to a computer speaker. Make sure you have good internet connection. Have water and small towel handy.

PAMANA Walk@Home Fitness is held every other Saturday beginning November 14 through March 27. Times on a given Saturday may vary. RSVP for each class you plan to attend to get the Zoom link on the morning of the class.
