As part of our community service, PAMANA has pledged to provide volunteers for the upcoming IRONMAN Wisconsin (Sept. 7-8, 2024). This is one of the best IRONMAN triathlon races in the world, as voted by triathletes last year (#3 Best Race and #1 Best Swim).

In exchange for a minimum of 15 volunteers, IRONMAN will provide grants to PAMANA to support our mission and activities. By giving your free time for community service, you get to meet other volunteers, encourage triathletes to finish the race, and help PAMANA offer free community programs using the grants received from IRONMAN.

PAMANA is assigned in the "Run Aid Station - Transition (Water Only)"on Sept. 8, Sunday, 2-6 p.m. We will serve water to triathletes as they leave the transition area outside Monona Terrace in Madison. If interested, click the button below to register. Don't forget to type “PAMANA” under Group Volunteers when registering.

If you can’t make it to this schedule, you can still volunteer for another station or schedule from Sept. 5 (Thursday) to 9 (Monday). Note that the main races will be on Saturday (half IRONMAN 70.3) and Sunday (full IRONMAN).

There are also opportunities to be stationed outside Madison. The race course covers the western part of Dane County, with bike stations up to Mt. Horeb and Cross Plains.
