Join us on Saturday, November 28 at 10AM CST via Zoom for a half hour Walk@Home fitness class.
Registration is free and open to anyone who register.
Clear out your living room and get your family involved. It's a fun family activity to do together, and you meet GREAT people!

We will follow Walk@Home creator and instructor Leslie Sansone and her students' taped workout, pictured on the graphic below.
By signing up to attend, you and your guests agree to the Photo/Video Release and Event Participation Release. If you don't want your image to be included on the photograph or video while exercising or at any point of the activity, feel free to turn off your camera. Please let us know by email that you don't want to be photographed/videotaped and we'll make sure nothing is posted with your image in it.
More about the class:
The exercise is easy on the knees. Intensity: low to medium impact. If you want extra challenge, add 0.5 to 1.0 lb. wrist or hand weights.
We'll email you a link to connect on the morning of. Please plan to log in to a laptop or desktop computer with video and audio capabilities and wear comfortable walking shoes. For best sound experience, have your audio output connected to a computer speaker. Make sure you have good internet connection. Have water and small towel handy.
