Reserved Seating: Currently paid members who have registered for the event will be entitled to reserved seating but only until 5:30 PM. (Remember that dinner starts at 5 PM.)
Potluck: Please bring delicious food to share in family-sized portion. Please use a 9x13 aluminum foil container so we can maximize the arrangement of the buffet line.
Drinks: Please bring a 2-liter soda or bottled water to share.
Silent Auction: On this not-so-silent night, there will be a Silent Auction of wonderful items for your bidding pleasure. Bid high and bid often, so please bring CASH and/or CHECK for purchasing raffle tickets and win prizes, including the following:

Monetary donations always accepted: PAMANA would appreciate any monetary donation, small, medium or large, to help offset the cost of this event. Our expected expenses for this holiday event will be around $2,500. Donations, which are tax deductible, can be submitted online here or in-person at the event.
