We are looking forward to seeing our members who registered to attend our first PAMANA annual member meeting on Sunday, May 2, 2021, 12-2PM. The meeting will take place via Zoom. 

The registration to attend the meeting is already closed.

This event is free and open to current paid members. 

Our association is required to hold an annual meeting to report to its members on the state of PAMANA. This follows the PAMANA Bylaws mandate originally adopted on December 13, 2003.  The meeting also provides an opportunity to nominate (or self-nominate) members to serve on the board. 

As a token of gratitude for current and continuing membership, PAMANA will provide brunch!  We will enjoy a virtual meal together during the call. 

We will be ordering from PAMANA Member Alexa Alfaro of Meat On The Street (MOTS) attendees'  brunch of Sunny Sausage Plate that includes longanisa, sunny side up egg, garlic rice and tomatoes. (We requested extra longanisa and extra egg!)  For the vegetarians, a Tofu Bowl with eggs option is provided.

Sweet treat! Board of director and long-time member Romy Castillo offered to make his delicious Cassava Cake to complement  the meal for all attendees to enjoy.  Thank you, Manong Romy!

Current paid "Family Members" and "Individual Members" are entitled to the meal and dessert.  Family Membership includes primary members and their partner/spouse, single children under 26 years old and parents living in the SAME household.  Individual members get one order. 

Please note except for the primary member and registrants who are expected to attend the Zoom meeting, family members' guests are not required to attend the Zoom meeting.

For those who didn't want the brunch meal but wanted to attend, a "Meeting Only" registration was provided. 

To help PAMANA plan on the amount of food to order and Romy determine the amount of cassava he needs to make,  an advance registration was required.  The registration deadline is Tuesday, April 27, 11:59PM.  Registrants were asked to enter the name(s) of their family members on the registration site. 

Food pick up is at the parking lot of Goodwill Madison on Verona Road,  4530 Verona Rd, Madison, WI 53711 on the morning of the annual meeting.  Pick up time between 10:15AM-11AM on Sunday, May 2.

Bonus! Attendees' brunch food and dessert will come with a custom-designed PAMANA Tote Bag! (One per family.) Proudly use and re-use the bag for errands.

T-Shirt Raffle. Register to attend the Annual Member Meeting for a chance to win one of three PAMANA T-shirts! The custom designed shirt was made in and came from the Philippines. Special thanks to former president Janette Jordee and her husband Tim Jordee for donating the shirts.  Winners will be drawn at the Annual Member Meeting. Must be present at the time of drawing to win.

If you’re not a member or your membership has lapsed, please sign up as a member or renew here  on or by  the registration deadline date. 

Important:  Signing up for or renewing your membership does not automatically register you to the annual meeting.  After you have completed your membership renewal/application, you will then need to Register to the event.

Please Note:  Everyone who registers will be provided a food ordering link separately and soon. This will give you the option to choose the type of brunch you prefer (Sunny Sausage Plate or Vegetarian Bowl) and order OTHER food you want from the MOTS special PAMANA menu, pay in addition.

If you do not wish to receive the food but want to attend the meeting, you are still required to register to receive the Zoom link. Simply choose the Registration type "Family Member Meeting Only "or "Individual Member Meeting Only".  And yes, you will still be entitled to a Tote Bag; we'll arrange for a pick up at a later time.

You'll get to know more what PAMANA is about, hear about our new programs, get a financial update of the organization, see a look back of the activities the past couple of years through video show production. There might be a group sing too.

Member Feedback, Organizational Question, Suggestion or Topic

Current members who have a feedback, organizational question, suggestion or topic they want covered or discussed at the Annual Member Meeting are requested to submit them in advance. To allow the board and committee members adequate time to include the information to the event materials, the deadline to send their feedback, question, suggestion or topic is on Thursday, April 29, 2021, 11:59PM.
